Open Water Scuba Instructor Course

The Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program is one of two distinct components of PADI’s Instructor Development Course (IDC)—the core of PADI Instructor training. The first portion is the Assistant Instructor course followed by the Open Water Scuba Instructor program.

During this course you will learn everything that is needed in order to teach diving. You will learn about the diving industry, the role of a teacher, responsibility, business principals, extended dive theory and much more.

The course is made up of theory classes, confined and open water dives and takes 10 days + 2 exam days.
